Restore Mobile intends to serve as a catalyst for appropriate development in Mobile's historic districts immediately surrounding its projects. By focusing its resources on these underserved communities, Restore Mobile hopes to attract additional investment by the current residents of the neighborhood, through allocation of available public resources, and by future homeowners.

STABILIZATION AND RESTORATION
Once a property is acquired, Restore Mobile proceeds with either a building stabilization, partial renovation, or full renovation.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Additionally, Restore Mobile acquires vacant parcels and constructs new, architecturally appropriate infill houses to reconnect the neighborhood and provided much needed housing.
